RCFE Nurse Manager
Full-Time RCFE Nurse Manager. This position will effectively assess, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate nursing services that result in the provision of effective and high quality care for Solheim residents. Work in unison with all other departments to ensure the highest degree of resident and family satisfaction. Ensure staff compliance with Federal, State and other regulations. The qualified candidate will have a current California RN license and have at least two years experience in a Long Term Care Facility or equivalent management experience.
Full-Time, M-F, 3p-11p, Relief – Sat/Sun, 3p - 11p. Current CA RN license. Min. 2 years exp; preferably in a Geriatric setting. Knowledge of Title 22 & OBRA regulations preferred. Prefer supervisory/team-leading exp. Must demonstrate customer service skills. Must have basic computer skills.
Full-Time and Relief status for both Skilled Nursing and Memory Care. Requires current CA LVN license.
Full Time and Relief; 7am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:30pm, 10:30pm - 7am. Skilled Nursing experience and/or Alzheimer's/dementia experience preferred. New grads welcome.
Relief - currently have temporary full-time available. This position performs general facility maintenance, housekeeping and laundry functions in all areas of the facility. Must following proper infection control and safety procedures. Must be available for weekends and Holidays. High school graduate or equivalent preferred. MUST be able to read, write, speak, understand English. Min. 1 year exp. in a skilled nursing facility/hospital setting, hotel, resort or residential retirement environment.
Relief; up to 19 hrs/week. Assists with providing therapeutic activities that enable residents in the different levels of care to participate in programs appropriate to their cognitive level based on past & current leisure preferences. HS Graduate required. Knowledge of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other diseases that afflict an older population preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must have a strong desire to work with seniors.
