Director of Dining Services
Cynthia joined Solheim as Director of Dining Services in 2016. She has extensive experience in dining services and nutritional care management. Cynthia previously worked with hospital and medical care systems including Verdugo Hills Hospital, San Gabriel Medical Center, Santa Teresita, Sherman Oaks Rehab, and Mission Care Center. She also provided nutritional care management for diverse groups including veterans and seniors at the VA hospital in Los Angeles and Scripps-Kensington home in Altadena. Providing guidance and education on nutrition to residents, family members and staff and organizing promotional events are aspects of her position that she greatly enjoys. Cynthia earned a BA in Nutrition and a MS in Nutritional Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
