Lucy joined Solheim Senior Community as the Director of Sales in 2017. She started her endeavor in the senior housing industry in 2004. Lucy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and service industry, pioneering new business, expanding existing relationships and developing strategies to create customized client solutions while increasing company revenue. Lucy discovered her passion for senior living over a decade ago, when she had accepted a full time position as a concierge manager at a for-profit community located in the San Fernando valley. Shortly after, she pursued a career in Sales and Marketing. She has worked for large senior housing providers such as Brookdale, Atria, Vintage and American Senior Living properties. She genuinely feels that assisting seniors in making such difficult transitions is self-rewarding and feels she makes a difference in the lives of the seniors she serves daily. Lucy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge.
